Patrick Doyle, born on 6 April 1953, is a renowned Scottish composer celebrated for his remarkable contributions to both film and classical music. He began his musical journey at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, where he honed his skills. Doyle started his career in theatre, working with the esteemed Renaissance Theatre Company. His partnership with famous director Kenneth Branagh led to his breakthrough in film composing with the score for “Henry V” in 1989, earning critical acclaim.
